OMG! Just realised that it had been centuries since I updated my blog last time.
Short semester is really killing me- Assignments, Mid-term tests all come to me just in a short while. Ops..this is just a lame excuse for me not to update my dead blog. =P

Spent like hell recently, had no mood to stay at home. Since the second semester started until now, I went out every single weekends, and I hate to think of where to go for lunch and dinner. The foods around here - my campus I mean are making me sick. That is the reason why I can't finish out my food every meal recently (That's why Miss Girlfriend blamed for the pimples on her pretty face xD).
So, went all always just for lunch and dinner and it did cost me lots of money and I am broke now!

Well, one of the reason why I update my blog again is to release stress perhaps. I am taking Human Rights this semester and hell not - this subject reminds me of the sejarah nightmares during secondary school, it touches damn a lof of history- American Revolution, French Revolution and etc.

Besides that, I found out that my writing skills is getting worst and I assumed that it's the result of not updating my blog..So, will try my best to update my blog frequently though it might be short posts sometimes.haha..

Just stop from revising Human Rights, it's making me insane, will continue to work on it after dinner. Where to go for dinner..argh! the same problem all the time.

But it was't my lucky number today. It cames to me without me expecting it. I predict a better number rather than 8.

Well, it's been a while i didn't update my blog regularly due to the pending assignments and presentation.
Still remember the last post on the cyberp final presentation? Yes, we are the top 10 business plans but the judges prefer the businesses which is more realistic and costless rather than our flight theme based restaurant, so we end up got a hamper for consolation. Though we did not win the RM1000 cash but It's ok as I never expected that we will came this far.

Presentations and Assignments are driving me crazy this whole week.
One down which is Criminal but the out come of the presentation was not good as Madam banned 2 out of 5 issues that we are presenting, I have no idea wat marks we will get, just hope it's not too bad. Furthermore, this had burdened me for studying for Mooting as what we presented was the Mooting memorial assignment. I already prepared for the outcome of the result, just hope that I can pass but not with flying colours.

Tomorrow will be having another Tort presentation which still haven't prepare. Will work out with it tonight and hope everything will be fine. It's so sad and moody to be critised by others about our effort on doing the whole thing. Yes, we might do it wrongly but this is our first time of doing that, and I hope to learn from mistake. Anyway, the critisicm might be a boost of confidence to me to work more harder, hopefully.

Wish that my remaining hours of the days will be a better time rather than this gloomy morning.

Sorry for the late update as I was busy with those assignments and exams especially the very thick MEMORIAL that assigned by Mr. Misai or Keli called by Ruby last week. But now, it's done! Yuhoo~Highlighted and binded it this morning with Jiarou. It's 175 pages and it injured my ink and my printer. " HEART BLEADING" as the ink printed to the 175 pages. =(

Went to the Planetarium near MITC that opened in Malacca last month. The design and the graffic is great but the things inside is not that attractive as the one in KLCC Petronas. Missed the one is KLCC Petronas a lot and the last time I went was 8 years ago. Hope to pay a visit there again next time.

So, have to start busy with cyberp assignments again and preparation for Tort exams next week. Will rest first for the time being, I promise I will start working by tomorrow. =P

Blogging and surfing net with the love one and a cup of Ice blended Hazelnut is great.

Trip to Penang

Went Penang yesterday by driving. I have no doubt on why Penang was known as Heaven of foods.The foods are damn nice especially Cha Koey Teow,Laksa and etc.

So departed on 10.30pm and reached there around 12pm. Luckily the bridge was not jamed like usual. So I can drive smoothly and reached there fast along the bridge.

Picked up both of Wern's sis then off we went for lunch. Cha Koey Teow and lok bak. I have to say that in Penang in oder to have nice and tasty food,u need to explore around and look for all those old shoplots but not those which are grand and clean. The more older and dirtier the locations, the more tasty the food. =D

Checked in to G Hotel around 2pm and guess what, we met MOSES! the actor in " TONG SHUM FONG BO ". He was not that talkatif as like in the series, guess he talked until tired in acting already,haha.. xD. Asked for permission to take photo with him and it was approved. So here is the photo : -

So, after checked in, we went for another famous food in Penang, Laksa and cendol. A perfect combination I should say. Then, we off to Queensbay to shop. While the girls were shopping, we ( me and Jonny, the only guys ) went for a movie in GSC, The Land of the Lost. I expected it as a horror or scary movie, but end up it's a comedy, not bad. I will give 3.5 out of 5 for the movie.

Met at Kim Gary for dinner later on and then me and Jonny went back to G Hotel in Gurney Drive ourselve while wern and her sisters and mother went back to the sisters' house to stay.

Rested in Hotel room for awhile then we walked around Gurney Drive and bought back satay, fried oyster, Cha Koey Teow again, wantan mee and popiah for supper. Eating while watching movie is always the best way, though it's not healthy =P

After supper, then we off the bed and woke up on 11am at the morning, after packing all the stuffs, we checked out then went walked around in Gurney for awhile. On around 12pm, we left the hotel and picked up both wern and her mother for lunch. Ate at restaurant Genting at Greenlane. Ate, " chee qiong fun, ho kian mee" and etc.

After the lunch, we departed from Penang on 2pm then reached Alor Star on 3pm. So, I should conclude that the trip itself is all about food. If u ask me, do you enjoy the trip? I would give a big YES as I learned how to explore around Penang. Haha..

Ok, trip is finished, guess have to start my memorial soon..wtf!aih..

Home Sweet Home

Reached Alor Star around 6pm just now, and just realised that Alor Star airport is actually not that bad after all. Heard from my housemate-Jonny said that it's even better than the International Airport of Jakarta, glad to heard that from an Indonesian himself.

So dad and sister pick me and Jonny up at the airport then headed home straight. Before i had even come back to Alor Star,my mum told me that there will be a suprise waiting for me and the suprise is.....FINALLY i can own my own ROOM! no need to share with my brother anymore.Yippee! and my house had been renovated and painted with a total different colour like before.good one..but just stay in Malacca more than here,so no point excited after all = ="

Had dinner cooked by mum then went Li Wei house to suprise him as he don't know Jonny is here. However,failed to suprise him as he said he got a feeling that Jonny will be here and it's true- DAMN!

We went oldtown for a drink then stoped by his house for a chat then meet up Guo Zhen they all ( another gang that came to Alor Star) at Xantana for supper.But too bad, they will be here for only 2 days, so it's a bit rush, thus got no chance to try more tasty local foods ( next time come more longer la )

Reached home around 1am. Will off to bed now as will be going DIM SUM tomorrow morning. SIEW MAI,here I come!

What to do, bus ticket prices keep increasing.30% and another 30%! wtf! might as well i just take flight which the price is same as the bus ticket fair. When the petrol price increased, it's reasonable to increase the price, but when petrol price drop,why the hell you increase another 30%.! $%#&*@*@&...

So, finally, another mid-term break is here..MMU-ians! Enjoy yourself to the max! Luckily Criminal Exam had been postponed to the 2nd week after the second half of Semester start - Thank You Madam Flora, you are just so understanding.. =)

Recently is addicted with another sport- Badminton. Had played once per week for 2 weeks consecutive, but got no racket! ( Blame my bro for missing it in school,grr...). I am gonna bring back yours hopefully after the break.. maybe should take it without your knowledge then you got nothing to say when you realised it has been taken by me. xD

I got no ideas why facebook suddenly become so famous among all the university students, even sometimes when i have my lunch or walk around the campus, I can hear the students asking for ingredients in restaurant city among themselve, and complaining lecturer stolen their fruits and etc. Somemore,the email inbox will be spammed with those comment notification, aih..I really got nothing to say. Anyway, I am one of them who addicted to the facebook =P

I am sorry that I did not have the chance to pay the last respect to you, my lovely aunt.

This is the first time I cried due to the loss. Perhaps it's because we were staying under one roof.

It's pain to loss two persons in a month. I will always miss you, my aunt.

Hope you understand why i didn't get the chance to go back.

The last class of Malaysian Legal System II. Went for dim sum as usual. Abt 12plus, went to Jusco with Wern,
War Xin and Sugeok. mum rang
me up around 1.30pm and told me that grandma passed away. So i was kinda shock
as grandma was so healthy the last time I saw her during Chinese New Year, was kinda regret as fail to see her for one last time when she gone. Got back to Ixora and starting to plan everything as I was supposed to have presentation for French and etc. Thanks to Teepot a.k.a Chor Wai who fetched me to buy the bus ticket to get back to AS on Saturday night

25th-April-2009, Saturday

Woke up early in the morning as that day was mooting competition final. Had everything done on 5pm and went for dinner with Wern then headed to Malacca Central. The bus started the journey on around 10pm and I reached AS around 5.30am.

26th-April-2009, Sunday

Did't sleep after reached home. Bath, hav breakfast and headed to grandma house on 8am. Grandma was lying in the coffin when I reached there and I miss the chance to touch her for one last time since they had transferred her into coffin on Saturday.Folded a lot of "Gold Paper" as we need alot. In the noon, went back home to take a short nap and got back to grandma house on 6pm. There was ppl coming down that hired to chant for the night, the chanting ended on the late night. We were asked to fold more of the incense paper & everybody folded till 2stg.

27th-April-2009, Sunday

"Golden paper", & chating again. This is the first ever
time where all cousins could gather together after 9 years when grandpa passed away. Drove all the cousins to the nearby shop to hav ais - kacang in the evening as it's too hot. Chanting
started earlier that day. Around 11plus, we went to burn the paper house.
Had some supper after that, then headed home. ( grandma house is overloaded, so have to get back home to sleep )

28th-April-2009, Monday

Bath & prepare early on 8am as grandma will be cremated in the morning. Chanting again. Had lunch and departed. Dad and uncles hired a school bus as We have around 40 stg ppls. The cremation
procedure was quite fast as we didn't have the chance to see how the coffin was being pushed inside, one of my cousin was freaking angry about it and ask for explaination. The ppl incharge told us that we were not allowed to see the procedure as it's a type of "pantang larang " .Went home and here the chanting procedure comes again, but the time is more shorter now then everything was done.

Got a phone call this afternoon and got to know that my grandma from father's side passed away peacefully on around 2pm. Was very confused as there too many things for me to do at the moment while there are French presentation, assignment evaluation, presentation and etc. Headed to look for the lecturers after that but there's no one in the office.Anyway, had sent emails to them and hope that they can understand my situation.

I will be going back tomorrow night by bus. Hope that everythings will be find. Thanks to my friends that send me condolences.

Ching Yee, my cousin from Singapore msn me just now and said that she felt sorry for not attending the funeral due to her examinations. Don't worry, grandma won't blame you, just take care of yourself as you are alone at home.

Sorry for the long lost..Had been busy for a month for assignments and mis-term exams and finally have some time to update my blog.

As usual, semester 3 is always the busiest semester. So, i think i am gonna skip the parliament post as I will be posting something that happened recently. However, I will still brieftly stated here what i did for the last few weeks.

Visited a few places and started to get busy after that with all the stuffs. The places I visited :

So, yesterday was the Law night - La Banquet. It was held in Holiday Inn and it had became an annual dinner specially hold for the graduating law students. We had a lot of fun with friends. lecturers and so do the performances especially the band - Cross Fusion and not to forget the Legal Idol in Law School . The law students are just simply BRILIANT! I am getting better from my flu and cough already,but my body is still weak.

So, Valentines Day, the day that the couples will spend time together and both parties will splash their money without restriction,but who cares, the most important things is you get to see the other half of yours' face expression when she or he get your present or flowers.

So, I gave away a Solvir watch and a stalk of Rose. We exchange the gifts on 12am on the 14th of Fevrier and both of us are happy with what we get. Rent a kancil from Toh for 1 day and we regreted after that as we got no place to go. Malacca is too small.. = =" Alor Star as well = ="

Nicholas..Though I am not the first you choose to tell me about what had happen,but still I appreciate that you finally revealed it in your blog. I know it's very hard for you to tell others as you might think that you are useless which lead to what had happen. But, I would like to tell you that, don't worry my friend, we will always be there for you no matter what happen, remember! You still have bredpits! Remember the meaning of bredpits? What is the point and reason that make you started the blog?ask yourself deeply in your heart.

Love is unique ,you can't control it. So, what I want to say is let the fate decides everything.
There is nothing you need to do. Yes, you can choose to be sad and disappointed,but just for awhile..perhaps a week?a month?but absolutely not a year.You need to prepare for your university life, your application for university and etc. Don't GIVE UP on yourself. What you need is time, time heals.God is always fair, there is always a reason for what had happen. So, just let it be, my friend. You are welcome to find us no matter what happen, no matter when.

What I did in this few days?

Went Bowling and eat KFC,then Mee Curry again yesterday.We celebrated Han Cheng Birthday! Happy Belated Birthday. I don't feel like typing for this few days,but not much pictures pula.. haha..that's why I am not updating my blog this few days.

Went to City One to have dinner there just now with Wern,sis, and Nicholas Heng ofcause. We ordered a set dinner which including Tomyam, Prawn, Fried Khailan, Paprik Chicken, Curry Fish and also my sis's Banana Split.

Yesterday had bbq in wern's house, it's the craziest ever bbq as we bought too many food.
We bought satay,chicken wing,prawn and sotong ball,bacon, hotdog and etc.
Somemore wern's mum fried bihun and make fruit salad, I am having trauma for bbq-ing now

However,we had fun and it was an enjoyable night.

This morning woke up on 1.30pm,i know it's late but what to do, holiday what..hehe..
After lunch, went post thing to Jia Rou in post office and went Nicholas for PES again.
Oh God! I meet up with him for almost everyday since I am back. My money in the wallet getting lesser and lesser as well. At night,went to Halo Cafe to support Wan Yan and met Wei Chun,Kai Wen, Ming Ren, and the newly couple ( Wei Jian and his girlfriend ), and last but not least, stupid Nicholas again. For more info about Wei Jian, please click on Fusion of diversified by nic. After that, we went to Pekan Cina for Mee Curry,Yummy! ( God, I stayed in Alor Star for 19 years but I don't know there's a Mee Curry stall at night there )

Reach home around 12.15am and check my MUET result via SMS.
Sadly to say I only get Band 4 ..I aimed for band 5 but aih..

To check on the result type MUETIC NUMBER send to 39003 then you will get your result. For the message you send, they will charge you 15 sen while for the message you receive,you will be charged 30 sen.So,total is 45 sen.

New Hair Cut

Have a new hair cut today,due to oncoming Chinese New Year.
Haha..but I just can't get rid of my curly hair..it's damn ugly!

Went to Pasar in Simpang Kuala,Tesco to buy BBQ stuff for tomorrow and went to "Venlin" ( Spelling from Wern ) for brunch.

We ate "fried fish, fried lala and fried kangkung",too bad got no Bak Kut Teh.

Anyway,will eat one time of Bak Kut Teh before going back Malacca.

Subjects Registration

It's subject registration for 2nd time for third semester today,woke up damn early which is 8.45 just to wait for the time to reach 9am then sign in to register for the subjects I want . I am taking language next sem instead of coco, thanks god that there is no need for me to do it manually which will make my life more miserable, the fight for the registration is better than 3 days ago but it still a fight,in 20 minutes time, I can see all my classmates MSN popping up notifying me that they are online now.haha..ruby, just saw you online, don't kiasu la..thats what you teach me =P ( no offence k,just joking )

When the time wern registered for the same subject I am taking which is French, there are 41 places left,after 5 minutes which after I succeeded to register,there are only 26 places left. See,how scary is the fight for subjects registration in MMU.

So,will be taking 5 subjects for next semester which are : -

Tension

The tension is getting higher, the little confidence that usually I have before exam is no longer here.
Is it because of the mid-term result?Ya, I know that it's already a history,but history will always remain in people minds,or else why we have to take History in secondary school.

It's going to be 5am soon,the notes are all on my table,so far that's not even a a full chapter I can understand all. It's ok.. Gambateh la..

Perhaps I should stop here, I don't want to be rated as a emo blogger =)

Just feel that everythings gonna start all over again. New year resolutions -> for sure everyone have,but how often do people can follow the resolutions and even complete it. I would say maybe there is only 1 person among 10.So, new year 2009, hopefully this will be a good year, all the best to everyone ahead.

A little celebration

So, went to library just now for a few hours to stuck in some knowledge into my brain, and what I can said is atleast I do understand what I read a little.went to buy bas ticket with Chun Peng and Cindy back to Alor Star, and I am going back for holidays together with Chinese New Year celebration on 11th of January. After bought the ticket, we went back to Ixora and pick Wern up and went to Nandos in Jusco to have our early new year celevration dinner,perhaps should said "tea time".haha..

But before that, Miss Cindy bought some cakes from Secret Recipe and ate it in Nandos,Cindy ini,nak kena belasah by Nandos "manyzer" kah?haha..After the girls finished their meals,they told us that they were going to toilet,but after awhile,I received a call from Wern asked us to pay the bills and met them at Seed there. As usual la,shopping spirit will never end for girls, and they bought a few clothes.

So,after came back to Ixora, prepare for another futsal game tonight. We totally trashed the opponent team as the score is 10 : 3.After the game, I went back home and bath to prepare to go out. Then, I met up with Wern and we went to Mori for new year celebration,a little celebration. Count down there together with the people there and went back to study area in Ixora to have some talks with Wern. It's sweet ok =)
After about half an hour,we went back to our own room.do what??sleep la..for her,because she is still having flu.

For me? study again..pityful =(

Another year gone just like that. What had I done in this 12 months?
I kinda forget, sweet memories? For sure I had.
Pain and hurt memories? I don't think there is anyone can avoid from having these memories.

Woke up on 11am and felt that the house is so quiet. I could feel the exam atmosphere.
Starting to get nervous after get to know about my mid-term result yesterday evening.
Anyway,already have a plan for my preparation,hopefully it works.
Don't know where to celebrate and welcome year 2009.

Sometimes,things do happen out of our control or we might never expect that at all.

I experienced it tonight for my mid-term test result of Law and Ethics.

I expected that I will atleast get 15 for that,but instead of getiing 15, I only got 11.

Now I understand this phrase, " The more you expected,the more you will disappointed "

I have the cases, I have the points as I know,but I just don't know what happen.

I should go for Mr.Aqeil tomorrow I guess. Since the time I got to know my result this evening.I am being emo and down.

P/S : Alright,get back to study,hope this can motivate me to study hard for final that coming in one week time.

Brougt Mr.Tee Woei - my housemate out to Jusco today for some theraphy due to his personal problem.May I present you his sexy photo : -

So woke up on 12pm and after done bathing and everything, we departed from house on 1.30pm. Wern was not following us as she is sick.

Watch a movie -IP MAN and it's nice,it's about chineses' dignity, fighting against japanese. I gave 9.5/10 marks for this movie, the front part of the movie is more tending to comedy and during that time, that was the first time I saw Tee Woei laugh after what had happened.

So as usual, Tee Woei dance in Malacca Mall before the movie and was caught in action.

Just after I reached Ixora, I met Rishi and Fahmi and got to know that we have futsal tonight. Rush back home to prepare Wern's Chicken Ham Sandwiches that she craved for since long time ago. Basically, the futsal game tonight was fun,but I admitted that I was not playing well,however, I scored two goals.

What Happen??

There is no more laughter in B-13-03, Ixora Apartment since the arguement begun.
One side prefer gaming while one side prefer downloading, and both of these are slowing down the speed of streamyx and it's imposible for both to run at the same time.
Although there is a timetable to decide turns to play and download,but after awhile, no one care or bother about it anymore.

The bad or rude words always occur in MSN prvate message, I am always the one wanted to solve the problems but no one cares. When I ask for a family meeting, there will be always a reason to reject it,and say you all are ok, but the private message in MSN is getting even more excessive and rude. There is no way we can settle this if we never talk face to face.

Actually, there is only a person who always ignore us and do not wish to have a meeting, he would rather keep in his own mind and rarely come back here anymore.
Guess he stay at his friends' house??who knows??
I got a feeling the tenants in B-13-03 will getting lesser soon.

If we do not solve it now, for sure he will move soon.
I know the rest want him to move,but housemates are always housemates.
I want all of us to stay here happily.

What happen to you?? the gamer..since you addicted to the game.you never bother us anymore and only live in your gaming world. You are the one will bear with the consequences if you continue to be like this.I can't help much but follow majority.

It's so red ! and I dropped and spoilt my Hp Nokia 6300 in Sunway Piramid.
The LCD spoilt and I have to pay RM120 to repair it.
Instead of repairing it, I bought a Sony Ericsson K660i as my Christmas Present.

The Phone Call

Was playing with lots of fun inside my dreamland but the fun part does not last long as Nicholas ( Yes! It's you again ! ) once again wake me up,but this time letting me know that they are on the way back to Alor Star already and currently is in Ipoh. The people in the bus including Hoi Ting, Xin Tian, Zi Hong, You Ying, and Shuyi if not mistaken.

While Jian Hao, Jack and Soon Han have to wait until tomorrow as there is no more bus ticket. ( Thats the info I got, I hope it's not a wrong info )

So,basically, today is the post Christmas celebration with her to pay back the three days I was in Genting and KL.We played bowling, had lunch in Island Red Cafe, waited for 1 hour for Panorama bus, drank Ice blended Toffeenut Frappucino from Starbucks, had a RM1 ride around the Malacca in Panorama bus by taking another hour. The whole journey depart to MP and back to Ixora took us around 8 hours as we departed on 9am this morning.

I got no pictures today =(
Have to wait for her to send me.
So,will upload the pictures after she pass it to me.

Merry Christmas! Sorry for the late update as I was busy celebrating Christmas with all my secondary schoolmates in KL and Genting, went to Pavillion, shopped for new year clothes and etc.This is totally the craziest ever Christmas, all of my friends had change alot,not only on the aspect of appearance but their thinking as well. Time do change people,this is true.Met Wei Jack, one of the "Pak Miang " and he will be going US to further his study soon on January, all the best, Wei Jack, I will always nudge you and I wont forget your phrase yesterday in hotel : - " We do not need that kind of services, we can do it ourselve! "

Ofcoz, you will totally confuse for what I said if you don't know what happened.

Here is the story, one of my friend, Jing Xuan ask her friends who we don't know at all played a fool with us by coming to our room to ask whether do we need special " services ".

Basically,the MMU students is no longer interested on going classes anymore since most of the classes of the second semester had come to the end and today is the 2nd last lecture class of Law and Ethics.The class is on 10am and I tot I was late as I woke up on 9.30am after recieved the phone call from Nicholas who told me that he was on the way to KL. Well,had a hectic life for this few days including the IT fair working days.
Why do I still busy after the IT fair??it's all because of Law Mooting Carnival Sales.
I am not complaining about it but I am enjoying the moment where I can meet seniors and made friends with them.They are fun too..especially Yen Siang, Jing En, Andrew, Allan and Tee.

It's tired but fun as all the committee members are playing with each other without separating between High Com and Sub com, and people out there,TOMORROW will be the last day for the sales,do come and support us.We have paint ball,octopus, chicken chop slices and etc.If you are a law student,then you must come, haha...everyone ought to come as we have to support our own society what,right?agree? agree then must come ya, that ruby har,ask her to buy pizza but don't want,anyway,thanks for coming,ruby =)

Bought a pair of Lotto futsal shoe which cost me RM119 last week,quite satisfied with it.

But Kai Choi leave me a message in my cbox and told me he bought a pair of Nike one which cost him only RM139. hmm..RM20 more expensive,but how's the quality?I don't know..

Since the owner of this blog is rather lazy to update regularly. Since I was too bored to get my ass up and get my things done right now. Since everyone anticipate some updates from him.

Thus, I will be doing the honour of posting a very short update of MR CK Goh.

He was being extremely busy since last week, attending his first ever Probate lecture on last Monday, and it was during the first class itself that he got to know he was having his Probate midterm this coming Wednesday. So, he was left with nine (9) days to get all those four chapters of facts into his brain. Bravo CK, bravo!

And for the weekends, he spent it idling around with his beloved and her family. He got to know almost all her relatives, and I think that scares him a little, because the kids were rather noisy and obnoxious. Apart from that, he got to savour those delicious mouth-watering luncheon. A few big round scallops, sea cucumber, and etc.

I think I had spilled too much info about him than I should probably be doing. Anyway, stay tuned for more updates.

Prof Leo had retired from MMU Law School.He is one of my favorite lecturer though he just thought me for one semester.

But he is really good in teaching, I was actually impressed because he can understand the students well and care about us as well. If you follow his guidelines for his subject,for sure atleast you will get an A -

As far as I am concerned,he is going to have an operation,good luck to you, Prof !

Professor Leo Pointon had many years of practical experience as an international tax consultant in New Zealand, UK, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong, before becoming Head of Legal Studies and Taxation, National University of Singapore, and then at Nanyang Technological Univerisity.

Dr. Pointon was for some years Tax Research Consultant with the National Tax Research Group, Ernst & Young, New Zealand and Consultant to the New Zealand Department of Inland Revenue.

He joined MMU in 1997and has lectured mainly in business law subjects. From 1998-2003 he was Visiting Professor of Cyberlaw, Graduate School of International Business, Ayoyama Gakuin University, Tokyo, Japan and has been Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law, MMU since 2003

Woo~just reach Malacca after the 8 hours journey,looks like I already get used to bus riding..

Am having class later on 1pm, can't really continue to sleep after 2 cup of coffee this morning.

Just want to let you all know that I am safe here,nothing special happen.haha..

Met Teng Joon yesterday, went and find him purposely! Really miss him, the last time we met was during Chinese new year, miss the chance to meet him last time I visit UNITEN as he was busy.Heard that he most probably going UK next year with nicholas,I am so tempted to go but sadly to say I am running out of money, because already plan to go Sarawak on March and already paid for the air ticket. Sorry guys can't join you both.

Currently still keep contacting each other with my best pals in Keat Hwa except Zi Xiu, no news from you for such a long time, though just met you last holiday but didn't talk much that time, heard Teng Joon said you rarely mix with them anymore, and no idea what is going on,anyway, you are my best friend, dude! New Semester

It's second semester now, and time really flies,
I can sense that I am getting older,haha..
As usual,my timetable is very free and no class on Wednesday,but sadly to say I have 8 - 10am class which I hate the most.

Here is my timetable :

Monday : 1 - 3pm ( Environmental Law ) 3 - 5pm ( Law and ethics )

Well, I had spent a lot lately,just imagine... 1 week RM250 ?? it's too much! Normally I will only spend about RM120, OMG! It's OVER and EXCESSIVE! I need to do something about it!

Anyway, am going back hometown again tonight and will try to get money again from my ATM machine at home,haha.. I know I am bad for always asking for extra money from my parents,but what to do, aih...

Last day in hometown

Today will be the last day in my hometown because I will be travel back to Malacca
on Friday morning. Thanks to MUET exam.
Another thanks to Miss WWW too as I got C+ for Malaysian Legal System, it's sucks!
Don't want to bother it anymore,I will just leave it like dat,most probably not going to retake as to improve the grade.

Ohya, I am going to watch Quantum of Solace with Wern, my cousin, my brother and also Sabrina. The ticket price here is more expensive than Malacca,it's RM10 per ticket *wtf!*

Sorry guys for the late updates.
Just gone through my 1st year 1st sem final exams,but it's not the end of my sem yet though
everyone already started to enjoy their holidays at home.
For your information, I will be having MUET test on this incoming 23th morning for speaking test and 8th November for Listening test,Reading and Writing test. I don't put high hope on this test but i just hope i can get band 4,thats all I want as I know my english sucks. I just want to reach the requirement for my graduate standards.

Alright,back to the topic today, Akon- lonely is playing in my mind since this morning I woke up.All my housemates already went back to their hometown including my Indonesia housemate who went to KL to work. So, I will be staying alone in Ixora Apartment alone in my house or room for 4 days time as I am going back on 23th night =)

Once again I fall sick, just a day before i go back to hometown.

Not going back to Alor Star before the exam is my initial plan, as I know I might lost my concerntration on studying for final examination. But anywhere, I was attracted by Genting trip and am going back tomorrow xP.

Yes, am going back to Genting again after two years. I had no idea is there any changes there. However,it' s a nice place to relax there. It's a 3 days two night trip and will come back to Malacca on 27th of September, atleast still got 1 week of special break that time right,haha..

K,back to my topic today, fall sick again, I could feel that my body is surrounding by all the Heat that hard to get out from my body. Here, I would like to say sorry to Miss Wong Wai Wai and Mr. Gary. I really wanted to go both of your class yesterday and today, but i couldn't help myself.Sorry again especially to Miss Wong as yesterday was your last class. Anyway, I will try my best to attend Mr.Gary last class on tomorrow.

The Last Drama Presentation In MMU~Perhaps? Holidays..

Time Flies.
It's more than half of the semester since I step into the Law School.

( Foundation is not counted )

My holiday had started since today until next tuesday due to Merdeka and Ramadhan.
Am taking Malaysian Studies this semester and we were asked to present on a drama based on the topic given.

Hah! Fun, wanted to take politics at first as it will be more easier perhaps? But sadly to say the topic had been taken by other groups earlier.By having no choice, we took the topic - Marriage.

The theme of the story is " Unity through marriage ".
After a few weeks of brainstoming, we decided to do interracial marriage, and the Unity will shown up through it. A marriage between a Chinese girl and a Malay guy.

The last time we had drama presentation is last semester. Remember my Black Cat??
Well, it's different this time as there are more members and some of them had never act in drama before.
There were conflicts happened during the preparation and fortunatly with the strength and determination we have, we had gone trough this together and I guess the lecturer enjoyed the drama.

It was torturing during the practices but it was fun when u act infront of so many people- especially when you see the people laugh because of your funny acts.
Well, however, I did not act this time but take the job as the technician.
Controlled the background musics and glad to say that I did nothing wrong during the process.Thanks God!

Anyway, perhaps this will be the last ever time for my drama presentation in MMU and even in my life as for the following years, there will be no more minor subjects except CyberP, Cocurriculum and Foreign Language.

Sad to say that because acting is fun.

Sorry guys for once again dropped u all behind my life for so long time.
Had started to busy again after came back from mid-term break,just finish 2 mid-term tests papers last week and there's another paper namely constitutional law is waiting for me on 28th of August. ( maybe going to watch Money not Enough II after the test )
Went Summer 8 live concert yesterday.
Stood for 6 hours! even more longer than the time to get the ticket.
the concert overall is ok,but sadly can't really see the people on ths stage, because I am not in VIP and VVIP seats! hmph! ( Chan Loo Pei , I hate you ! )
However, I was impressed. Why? Why? Why?
Well, it's not because of my idol - Jolin, this time, it's because of Jam Hsiao!
Wow, his voice is really - phew! Can't explain it, just go and listen to his song, then check your hand, you will know and you will start to love him, trust me.

Well, after the concert, my mood was damn good and high though was tired.
Got a call this morning and being told that JPA scholarship application result already released and sadly to say I didn't get it.
Both of my cousin get the JPA scholarship and I really want to follow their step so that can lighten my parents burden on me.
Ya, I got the PTPTN loan, but it's loan and not scholarship.I need to pay it back. Ofcause the one no need to pay back better right?
I am quite sad about this and congrats to those who get, especially my friends.
Anyway, don't want talk much about it, as before this I also not quite sure to apply the JPA scholarship because of the BOND.

However, will try to appeal again and will let the fate decide everythings now.

New Handphone!

Finally bought a new handphone,my previous handphone had gone "crazy" for the past few days.
It's my first ever touchscreen phone..hehe..never expect will buy this phone,it's a gift from my mum since she won Loteri,so sure "ask for more" la ( tunggu apa lagi xP )

Okok,I am not a good son I know,but seriously if mum never won Loteri,I wont asked for an expensive phone la,right? ( So,conclusion,I am a good son )

Sorry guys for not updating my blog for the past few weeks.
Qiao Rou had started to ask why my blog had become so dead during we hang out together after Contract Law mid term test.
Ok,for my fellow classmates,you all knew that we were preparing for Malaysia Legal System and Contract Law test right?
Finally,finish 2 test papers out of 5 for the subject for Beta year,but there are still alot of assignments to go.
Cindi called me yesterday and asked me to search some info about the differences between Parliamentary system and Presidential system.Haih,so the mid - term break nowadays is just like no meaning at all.
Anyway,I don't care!
Will continue to enjoy my holiday untill the last few days only start to do my assignments.

Her sister came over on 11 am and fecth us to MP and DP to search for her wedding shoes.

Had lunch together in Wong Kok and guess what??

The 8tv working teams are giving away the Summer 8 Live Concert tickets.

However, 1 people can only redeem two tickets with the forms given.

Plan to give up on taking the tickets at first as I knew that her sister won't accompany and wait for us to take plus I knew she don't like this kind of activity and concert which is concern and moreover we need to wait until 4.30 pm.Though I will disappointed for can't get to see my Idol Jolin,but I suggested that we go back together with her sister.

During the lunch,she said that want to wait for the tickets and ask her sister to go back first.

I knew,she don't want me to be upset,she want me to be happy.So,I felt very excited and happy and lined up there to get the tickets.

We waited since 2.30pm and slowly her legs pain because she was wearing high heels that time and it's getting seriously and my mood slowly influenced my that and my passion to get the tickets were all gone.

Keep on asking her about her legs and she always reply me she was fine but I know in facts,it was painful.Though during the waiting time she keep on complaining that she will hate me,and whatever,but I know,she really want to do something for me.At the moment,I was really touched.They started to give away the ticket on 5.30 pm after the few activities or ROAD SHOW or whatever.

Initially we have the free transportation to get back home but at last we end up by paying 20 bucks by taking taxi because of the tickets.

Went survey the price for the items I want to purchase yesterday and bought them on today.
As today is the last day of the IT fair,I went together with Jonny ,yours truely and my new housemates to purchase for the items we need ( printer ,mouse, pendrive and etc )

It's weekends again,I wonder why the time past rapidly.

It's already the end of the 4th week in BETA year.

Went to movie every single weekend recently,haha..

( why thats so many movie to be watched ? )

Watched Hancock on 7.30 pm just now in MBO Malacca Mall and met Joshua.

( were watching the same movie )

After all," Hancock" is quite nice and quite romantic I guess.

MMU SYSTEM

I have to admit that Multimedia University system sucks.
Why??It supose to be very efficient right the system as the name of the University is " Multimedia "?
But it is not the real things happen is MMU.
I experienced it 2 days ago.
Wasted for about 2 hours plus to settle all the things including ptptn form,offer letter,result transcipt and etc.

Planned to go Jusco to get a birthday present for David as that night was the celebration for his birthday,but because we ( Yours truely and I ) were running out of time, therfore,we bought a birthday card for him instead of present ( sorry ya,David )
If you are a MMU student in Malacca campus,then you know,
FOSEE building was damn packed that day,all waiting for ptptn form.phew!

For your information,I went 2 times to claim back my offer letter and ptptn form.
On morning section,I went and line up to claim back my things,waited for about 15 minutes,then
the lady told me ,the guy infront of me will me the last man to claim the things.
( wtf,I line up then you told me this ! )
Well,went back after that and went again on afternoon,that time was really packed,
went to get offer letter 1st ( no people that time ),
then went to get the transcript form from ERU,
next went to Finance to settle the payment,
then again back to ERU..
( why la so mahuan ! aih )
after that waited for half and hour again for my ptptn form then only went back home.

Particularly this is how I past my tuesday which is my free day without classes. T___T
wasted my time for all of this!
Grr...MMU improve ur system!improve ur workers working attitude!
but i have to say Finance is the most efficient department.

Am having plan tomorrow for movie,haha..

Weekends

For your information,my weekends start on Friday night =)
Planned to go the bbq house beside pure bar but it was full house.
So we change our gathering venue to Sibaraku in Mahkota Parade.

This is the gathering between the ex-housemates of Ixora Apartment B-13-03
and the new housemates in Regal Park A-02-15 ( if not mistaken ).

As usual,we tick all on the ordering form for tepanyaki,but the chef just cook
certain dishes for us instead of cook according to our ordering form
All this while I didn't know that they never cook the dishes based on the ordering form that we tick.

* Is this considered as cheating?can we sue the chef ? * xP

Anyway,had a full and tasty dinner though the dishes are not complete.Maybe thats their business policy that don't cook all as much as the customer wish because scare they can't finish the food.whatever..
That was the 1st ever time that we ate inside sibaraku until it close.haha..
So proud of it.

Planned to go Pantai Klebang after that but sesat and went to Medan Ikan Bakar in Umbai.Heard that the Ikan Bakar in Umbai is very nice,but because all of us full like hell,so we end up walking and chit-chating there.

( and don't forget the discussion about how smelly is the toilet there )

Went back home on 12 ++ am and stayed overnight in Regal Park. =)

Part 2 -> Redang

( 4th of June - 7th june )

As i promised you guys that there will be the 2nd part of the holiday trips about Redang.

So here we go, the trip was 3 days two nights and it cost RM600++

* Once you step on Redang beaches, you will hate the rest of the beaches in Malaysia *

Why is this quote exist? because the beach's view is damn beutiful and the sea water is

crystal clear.That's the best ever beach that I had been before in Malaysia.

As a patriot,we must " cuti-cuti in Malaysia" but not other countries! Kononnya.. xP

Late post - Holiday trips Part 1

Penang trip 02/06/2008

I love this special trip.Why?because it's my 1st ever time drove myself to Penang
from my hometown,Alor Star.Though the journey is about 90 KM per way

( It's 180 KM the whole journey )

Departed from Alor Star on 7.30 am and reached Penang on 9 am and lastly reached my home on 12am after dropped all my honour passengers xP ,but I was not tired at all.hehe..hope that I will get permission to drive more farer to other places next time.

* Mummy,since I am so " kuai ", do allow me drive to KL next time k?hehe..*

Who joined me and accompanied me to Penang including Siow Wern

special thanks to Munes who came purposely to meet us in Penang and be our tour guide.

New Sem

Sorry guys for not updating for such a long long time,
but after the semester break,I was really busy with all those petty little stuff ( credit transfer,Ptptn form and etc )

1st destination

As I said in the previous post,I am going penang tomorrow.
Holidays this time seems abit boring,i had no idea why,but this is alos the 1st holiday that i go two places for vacation.
My dad is owning four lorry which overload everytime as to earn more money..hehe..
therefore,my dad and his friends share some money to hire a guy to follow the JPJ everyday and report to them the location of the JPJ cars.
today when I went and meet my secondary school friends.I met a JPJ car and I report to my father,for a moment I felt like I was following they all full time.haha..
the JPJ car was using the same road with me to get back to the main office,and I report to my dad nonstop by using hp,isit a part time job?hehe ( daddy,where's my pay ? )
the only different is I am using hp and my dad and his friend together with the worker they hired are using ( walky talkie ) ( not sure about the spelling )

HAPPY HOLIDAY!

Part I

Sorry to all my dearest blog readers for the late coming update on my blog.

and again sorry for all the PL03 & PL04 -ians as i couldn't make it to stay back after PGP paper,

because I was rushing to finance to settle some stuff,but sadly finance already close that time,wanted to go back to find you all,but when i saw the time on my watch,i guess most of you all already went back,so I walked back to Ixora.

Regret to see the pictures on rishi's and auntie Roby's blog,I will always miss the time that we had gone through the whole year.

I still remembered the 1st class of madam Maizatul PGL class ( introduce ourselves )

I remembered the intoduction of a few of us: -

Rishi : "I wish to be a lawyer and open my own firm with my father."
( I once thought your father is a lawyer man ! )
Daniel : "I came here i because my father gave me a car as return."
( That's cool man! sorry ya,no offence )
Aqeelah - PL03 :" I dad want me to be a doctor,my mum want me to be an

( I love this quote the most,haha.. )

Some people may think that introduce yourself is boring,but it may be fun sometimes.
Conclusion , law students are always rock!haha,especially PL 03 and o4 ( no offence to the people out there ya !)

I will always miss PL03 and 04!
